I tried the new Emerald paint by Sherwin Williams, it didn’t fill even fine cracks in the first or second coat. It seems to shrink incredibly. I love HIGH VOCs, just for the quality. Behr Pure Premium Ultra is $38 a gal and is better; perhaps I’ll report the batch number and find out mine had been frozen; but I doubt it.
