    We as a company are just beginning to get into using social media tools ourselves. We’ve found that it’s great for driving traffic to our website and has helped us build relationships with people in our industry we wouldn’t have otherwise met. I think ROI depends on what you’re looking for and how you measure it. Gary V is an excellent resource.

    Gary has made a business of social media. He came about at the right time, developing his business as social media became the place to go. Our business has taken the open mind approach about social media. It can be a huge tool or a disaster zone, based on how you use it. As with any tool, using social media can and will grow your business. Used improperly you may create a monster that could harm you for years to come. We use the standard, create friends, do not sell and be the expert approach. We are not a billboard and do not want to force feed our friends. It works for our business and look forward to taking it further.
