Millennials here anyway are at best 5 percent of our market. Most live in basement with parents and if they work at all its part time. The ones that do buy a house are usually strapped out money wise and get 5 quotes for there project. I just shut down my FB pages for me a complete waste of time. Yes i posted tons of pics before and after etc etc but zero leads that turned into jobs anyway. It like all things depends on your location but I’m sticking to what’s worked for me. It feels good to be rid of FB was nothing but a time waster. Twitter is fun, but again not for marketing and Instagram is also fun to post pics and having peers like them. Now Pinterest is good for sending links to perspective customers to show off your boards related to your work when emailing your proposal.

I completely agree. We live more in a visual culture. Anything with regards to images or even videos will be the first thing we look at. Which, I think in a lot of ways, it allows for those of us who recognize this to use it more effectively on social media.
