PDCA Expo 2016

By on March 9, 2016 in Uncategorized with 0 Comments

The PDCA Expo is off to a great start in New Orleans, if this morning is any indication of the caliber of speakers and presentation topic, there is still much to be learned and value by attending!

Chris Schank, PDCA Educator started off by welcoming everyone to the Hilton and with breakfast and tips on getting the most out of Expo. Attendees can download the PDCA app and schedule, connect and I heard there was even contests! One is to take a picture of someone’s shoes and say “I want those shoes”. I predict several folks will be hunting for Joshua and looking for his Allbright shoes! Wish him a Happy Birthday if you see him.

Just a few takeaways from the morning sessions:

Linnea BlairAdvisors on Target

Linnea has been a long time supporter and speaker with PDCA and shared valuable advice on the Stages of Growth, Mapping out Structure and Creating a Life/Work balance.

Ask yourself, “Are you an Entrepreneur or and CEO”?

Andrew Dwyer-American Painting Contractor Magazine

Andrew spoke eloquently on Psychotherapy for Painters, and he did a great job getting in to the heads of the group!

Are you charting your life?

Bob Cusumano-Coatings Consultant Inc.

Bob is a leader in diagnosing and solving coatings issues, and he share his knowledge of the PDCA Standards and common estimating errors.

What are your math problems?

Art Snarzyk-Innerview Advisors

Excellent speaker! No monkey business here, just actionable items you can take when you discover the 6 motivators. He’ll be presenting at the Saturday Craftsmanship Forum.

Are you selling customers what they really want?

What a great group of professionals that are providing and sharing information that will surely benefit all in attendance. And that’s only the first morning!
